Last update before patch 1.18.

Hey guys. I know it's been a loong time since I did a proper post. Sorry for my absense. I was busy with end of term University work and just could not find the time and energy to blog.

But with the big 1.18 update coming tonight, I thought it's only appropriate to do a big pre-patch post. :D So here are all the screenshots that I managed to take inbetween work and studying. :)

Lancer Buttons!

I was sitting afk in Uldah while playing Final Fantasy IX on my PSP when suddenly tons of friends started gathering around me. Most of them from the friendly French linkshell on our server. :D

I'm glad that I was able to end this post with such a nice group-shot of friends. :)

Patch 1.18 is coming tonight and things are going to greatly change in Eorzea. Implementation of Auto-attack and job rebalancing. Raid dungeons and the Grand Companies of Erzea. The summer event which will provide us with swimsuits. New equipment, new recipes and lots of new quests. I'm really excited for what is to come.

And the next patch, 1.19 will introduce rental chocobos and airship travel! And the new job system that will introduce classic FF jobs such as Bard (!!), White Mage, Black Mage, Paladin, Monk, Dragoon and Warrior will probably come in 1.20 or maybe 1.21 at the latest. Recently it was also confirmed that player housing is in the works, player jumping will be possible as well, and we'll get pets too! We'll even be able to raise our own chocobos. FFXIV really has amazing things coming in the next few months. The big change starts tonight. :) See you guys in Eorzea. ^_^/
