Just a notice. I hereby officially state that all pictures I posted on my blog of the game Final Fantasy XI are copyright of Square Enix and belong to them.
My Dynamis leader just received a 800 Euro fine because he used a FFXI picture as the banner for our Linkshell Website. So better safe than sorry, gonna put the copyright into my blog banner. >_<"
He is being sued by the Waldorf Lawyer group, a well known agency in Germany that specialises in copyright and goes after people who illegally download movies and music. But to hear them now sueing someone over an image on our private Dynamis website is just scary.

They don't have Fair Use in Europe?
Sounds like a bogus internet scam to me.
Surely Square Enix would have to sue as its their product being used - for example say Wallmart sued a Cosco fan website for having the Cosco logo in their banner. It'd be crazy, its nothing to do with them!
